Joining needs Tailscale on this device, logged in to zirbel.network.
If this device is set up for already: check that Tailscale is on and logged in to zirbel.network, and that the host is running.
Set up this device once
- Install Tailscale from tailscale.com/download from the App Store from Google Play
- Point it at zirbel.network.
In a terminal:

- Install zirbel.app Chrome or Edge: the install icon in the address bar Safari: Share › Add to Home Screen Chrome: ⋮ › Install app
- Open zirbel.app, and join.
On a Mac, the zirbel.app download does all of this by itself.
Already on Tailscale? This adds a second account; switch between them in the app.
